The yarn is a lovely soft aubergine colour and knits beautifully.

24/5 - back completed. Has knitted to the correct size as shown in the pattern. Will be interesting to see how the arms knit up comparing to the other two projects which have been completed/in progress which haven’t been that happy with the project.

1/6 - left and right fronts completed. Onto the arms now.

31/8 - Finally finished making this cardigan up. This did take me ages to do matching the patterns on the seams and knitting the rib. This is knitted separately and then slip stitched into place. I think that maybe I should have made it slightly shorter but this was the first time that I have used this technique. Overall I am really pleased with the result of this cardigan which was knitted to the same dimensions as the pattern.

I don’t think that the photos really do it justice and I need to improve my photography skills.
