Started following pattern….found end result (see pix 2) too lightweight and hard for me to use that yarn w/ a D hook. ( I have Parkinson’s Disease and like crocheting w/ lots of tension)$&!?&@!! So I started again using two threads (doubling up) and liked it better.(see photo 4 & 5.

I thought I had bought right size yarn- guess with my Parkinson’s Disease I need heavier.

I couldn’t adjust gauge and did increases my own way ( too anxious to get going to look up) and then got little lost on row numbers so began to freeform pattern from picture of end result.

Thus I got my chubbier version.

Pattern so cute and her result much better so I’ll try again some other time!!
