Okay, all done. Finally. In the end I decided no buttons at all, but the option to add is always there with the button holes. This is a gift for Judy, who let me stay at her home in Hawaii for three glorious weeks in 2018. It took awhile for us to decide what she’d like and what yarn to use for this thank-you gift. Then a little longer to make it. Mohair is a little warm for Hawaii, but then there’s the wretched air conditioning. A stole was made in case she’d like to have something on her legs as well - versatile!

This yarn is very silky and has a seriously delicious drape. It is worsted spun, which means it feels a little stringy before washing and simply gorgeous afterwards.
