Notes

I made a second Hitchhiker for another retiring colleague, doing what I did with the first:

  • Slipped the first stitch purlwise WYIF of Row 8 to get squarer teeth.

  • I ended up with 43 repeats and decided to end it on Row 8, rather than in the middle of a repeat (I weighed the yarn as I went until I knew I didn’t have enough for another full repeat).

  • I used the Icelandic Bind-off.
