Yarn
Pattern calls for sport weight yarn and a cotton/silk/linen/alpaca blend yarn was used in Park’s original. I went with a merino/camel blend yarn for a little added warmth. The yarn is very springy, so the above measurements for the final garment are just a touch smaller than those listed in the pattern. But I did reach the correct gauge (with wet-blocking), using 5mm needles.

Needles
5mm needles for lace pattern
4mm needles for cuff, neck and hem ribbing

Sleeves
Picked up every other stitch around armhole to reach stitch count.

Neckline
Picked up every stitch around the neckline for a total of 98 Sts rather than 102 Sts listed in the pattern. I had only 19 Sts along the back neck section.

Modifications
* For the sleeves, I worked Rows 1-4 of Chart #1 one extra time before starting the sleeve decreases.

• for the neckline, I picked up 4 less stitches than outlined in the pattern.
