Modifications
The bottom section is knit according to the size 3 instructions. I worked decreases once the skirt reached my desired length and then knit the top section according to the size 1 instructions.

Yarn
Frogged my Buttercup Top to use the yarn for this project.

I-cord strap worked back and forth only 5 times.
