Notes

Made the biggest size. I used a synthetic yarn I spun and plied myself as an exercise, and which was the perfect red and the perfect wieght. It was actually the first time I knit a self spun yarn, and it looks nice. I feel quite proud about it.
I wanted to follow the pattern exactly, but after a few repeats of the last decrease step, I had to frog to some previous row as I was running out of yarn. I decided to knit two plain rows (instead of four) between two decrease rows to the end of the hat. Two meters of yarn remaining \o/.

The faux fur yarn was not fun to cast on with, and I felt lucky to not have twisted the joining in the round. I used the backward loop CO and knit the first row flat, then join in the round only after that. You must be confident in your skills, because you can’t see anything in your work, just guess. The resulting fabric is exactly what I was hoping, soft, kitten-fluffy.
Good finished object ^^
