Notes

Long & large, just like I imagine Severus’ one :P !

I knitted 86 240 stitches in stockinette for this project.

[edit] After some weeks of use, I can say this is the perfect scarf (for me):
. the perfect drape : it is fluid, because I knitted it in 4mm and the yarn called for 3/3.5 mm. It gained a lot in drape after washing, then the finished fabric feels almost like alpaca, that’s pretty astonishing!
. the perfect touch : it is soft, not fluffy (so pilling-free!), a bit fresh on the skin first, but it keeps warmth.
. the perfect size : the generous width and length are all I wanted.

When the weather is windy, the scarf flies beautifully, it reminds me a drawing of Severus I made some years ago (it was in 2005!)… Goal achieved!

Although there is 60% of synthetic fibers in this yarn, I love it, even more since this scarf! And I am sure it will not felt!
