Notes

Thought it would be nice to make a hoodie but did not want it to be buttoned. I did want that oversized look and extended back that the snowboarders seem so fond of. I loosely used Peggy Stuart’s Everyday Play Jacket as a guide for the yoke and went from there.

I made a wave to extend the back and did an icord selvage around the neck and hood and an Icord cast off at the bottom. The neck was provisionally cast on for the hood. Just sleeves to do and on to some snowboarders pants. Too bad I don’t have a doll. Have to wait till my granddaughter comes down.

Finished the snow boarder pants and a headband. I’m a little concerned about the size of the hood. My granddaughter will be down next week so …fingers crossed.

Once I got a doll and sized it, the mistakes were pretty much what I thought. A little tweaking needed but I am overall pleased.

I wonder if the kids even know what “funky” means???
