]I have made this project before. Interesting pattern. Swivel rows are short rows, funnel is yoke and expanding is increasing. This pattern is definitely for someone who doesn’t mind short rows. I did not do the bottom short rows and made the top about 10 rows shorter both on sleeves and body.

Made a little hat to go with it.
