This is the first time using the magic loop method for knitting. I found it easy to learn and enjoyed knitting this way. Overall I love the hat. I love the feel and fit too. I c/o 102 stitches. I wanted 100 and miscounted but it worked out in the end. I made a mistake I must have yarned over in the beginning of a row and it left a hole in it. At first I was going to leave it and then go back and sew it together but decided to unknit it. What a pain. So there is one row that does not look quite right but I think most people will not notice it. I also did an extra row of knit and decrease. I think I like it better as a slouchy hat. So there will not be a pom pom on it.
