Super easy and I think the pattern will really show off the evolution.

20% = 42 grams

I started the ruffle when I had about 54 grams due to my calculations of how much it would take to go around each time.

Additionally for my ruffle increase round I did the same increase as Whippoorwill. K1, YO around then I knit the YO thru the back loop on the next round to twist it closed.

Final bind off row was 1426 stitches. Whew!
