Notes

Using Worsted Weight instead of fingering and a larger needle - but this is working well to show off my most recent hand-dying project of 4 skeins of ‘fraternal twin’ yarn…

Pattern is a bit squiffy - but I’ve done ‘stacked’ decreases before, thanks to Xandy Peters’s Patterns, so it’s all good.

My good knitting buddy Cece admired this way back when and had a porch settee she was ‘getting rid of’… I’ve offered this to her as a fair exchange… But now I’ve got a deadline as she’s heading to Florida in a couple of months to do the Snow Bird “Glamping” thing… Motivation is good, ‘cause 24-stitch short-rows can be REALLY tedious. But, it’s a lovely idea to think about how much she will enjoy it when she is far away this winter! Happy adventures, dear Cece!
