Not ideal for worsted weight but it’s what I have to use up. So far, so good - it’s holding my attention (ADHD), improving on limited crochet skills (I’m primarily a knitter by choice) - AND it’s a beautiful Scrap Buster! Thank you for sharing this with us!!

Not easy to work on unless the A/C is cranked up… Wow - this is gonna be warm AND heavy… Weighted blanket, anyone?

Thought I was done… and then realized there was a Part 11… Lol… This is a MONSTER - weighs 5 lbs at the end of Part 10…

DONE - finally… Weighed in at 6 pounds of yarn!!!
Used a LOT of different weights/fibers/textures/colors - changing hook size to reduce variation in tension. Also doubled up ‘fun’ yarns with thin regular yarns.
This will have to be hand-washed - because of incompatibility of the various yarns… but it’s so cosy and fun.
The pattern is WELL WORTH the money, if anyone is hesitating. I am a more proficient knitter than a crochet-er - often because crochet patterns aren’t precise enough for my lack of experience with crochet. THIS PATTERN goes the distance to explain in teeny tiny detail (WITH PICTURES) exactly what I need to do to make it turn out perfect.
Thank you so much for this crochet-a-long!
