Notes

We were at Caribou Coffee in Chapel Hill, NC and saw these combination mitts/cup cozies for $10 and the Red Pen Chick said, “Make me those, and I’ll wear them at work”. Challenge accepted. They had the waffle-side out, but there was a definite pattern on the inside that looked like it might be something. Much experimentation and googling later, it appears to be a variation on ‘Dropstitch Honeycomb’ from Barbara Walker Treasuries. Found howto instructions at knittingfool.com and modified to a 4 row version rather than the 6 row version there… Viola! Will make a pattern and put up here when I finish. Cheers, Ravelers!
