09/14/09: Finally finished the lace! I don’t know why, but this pattern really gave me some trouble!

11/02/09: Um…I hate this pattern…I got the hem finished, it looked like total crap--totally uneven, too short, etc. So…..I need a lace pattern for the bottom….help please?!

06/21/10: After a YEAR I have finished this project. I actually may add to the bottom as I normally like my tops a bit longer, but other than that I am fairly satisfied….

06/23/10: Decided it was too short so I went looking for a lace leaf pattern that would sort of echo the lace at the top. Found a perfect one, ripped out the ribbing and replace it with the lace. Much happier now with the result. This is the first time I’ve really adapted any pattern so I’m proud of myself for figuring it out!
