For the Peekaboo hole modification (please read through before beginning the mod):

rows 69 and 70 - k2 pm (p1 k1) X 7 p1 pm continue knitting in pattern
row 71 - k2 pm p1 k1 BO 11 k1 p1 pm continue knitting in pattern
row 72 - k2 pm p1 k1 CO 11 k1 p1 pm continue knitting in pattern
rows 73 and 74 - k2 pm (p1 k1) X7 p1 pm
rows 75 to 81 - continue with the cable the cable pattern as written but don’t do the decreases

Start decreases on row 82 using the following method

k 1st stitch of needle 1 onto needle 3
move last 2 stitches on needle 2 to needle 3
you now have half the stitches on needles 1 and 2 and half on needle 3

k1 ssk k to three stitches before end of needle 2 k2tog k1
k1 ssk k to three stitches before end of needle 3 k2tog k1

knit the next row plain

Alternate these rows decreasing an extra stitch on the palm side by k3tog somewhere along the way, until row 87 which is also a decrease row. 12 stitches remain. Move stitches from needle 1 to needle 2 or vice versa and graft halves together. Finish off. You’re done! w00t!
