The yarn was sitting there calling out “knit me, knit me!”, so I cast on. Going by the amounts used in other knitters’ projects, I’m hoping I’ll use just 3 balls out of the 6 in my stash, leaving me with enough to knit something else…maybe even a second one like this, for a friend.
I’m doing psso instead of ssk because it’s faster and I’m pretty sure it won’t show in this yarn.
25/9/15 I finished with just 1.5m of the third ball of yarn left over. Perfect!
I’m very happy with this, a fast and easy knit…it’s going to be so useful and so I may just have to knit another one.
