I’m developing a new DK pattern for autumn based on the motifs in “In an English Garden”, squared off and expanded to make a lap-sized blanket. Everything from Round 10 onwards is new.

Feb 14th up to Round 22.
Feb 27th up to Round 46.

Decided to stop here and add a ‘frame’ of 24 smaller squares, with a border to finish off.

Managed to find a name at last - it kind of reminds me of the fruit, flowers and vegetables I used to grow on our allotment in Shropshire.

All the small squares finished and whip-stitched into place. Just the outer border to go…
