I borrowed notes from some others to make the crown less pointy (ellesie99) and the ears shorter (laundress).

For the ears I picked up stitches directly on the hat so I wouldn’t have to sew them on. I changed the pattern just a bit to use ssk for decreases at the beginning of rows and k2tog at the end. I also reduced the number of rows in general so the ears would turn out shorter and cuter.
