Notes

Thoughts after wearing a couple times: more for fashion than significant warmth. Wind blows through the head & ears and I knit at gauge.

Wool: would not use again. Every ball but 1 had knots. A couple balls had more than one knot. If knitting in the round not a big deal. Knitting flat and coming to a knot on the wrong side in the middle of a row…. It also sheds quite a bit. It is very soft.

3.19.25 Finished. Just need to weave in ends and block this beast!

2.28.25 Purl I-cord bind off finished. Beautiful bind off.

2.24.25 Back on the needles after a vacation knit & (2) test knits.

1.17.25 Step 3 complete.

1.13.25 Steps 1 & 2 complete.

1.12.25 When you pick up and knit after the short rows… the pattern indicates the top left. This means top left as if you are wearing it-not left side as you are looking at it laying flat. So you actually begin on the bottom right as you are looking at it. This took me a minute to figure out.

1.10.25 Row and stitch gauge right on. This may be a first.
