3-4-12 This pattern calls for size 40 thread, but I’m using size 10 so I don’t know how big it will turn out.
I’ve only got 8 out of 135 rows done.

The finished photo shown is from the magazine.

I also included a picture of the label from the thread. This thread was made in a different country and not available in the US. I got it on ebay.

3-5-12 - I completed 13 rows and used one ball. I’m estimating it will take about 13 balls to complete.

3-10-12 I’ve got 18 rows done now.

7-10-12 - I’m not thrilled with this pattern, thinking of frogging the whole thing and moving on to something else. I’ll think about it a while more.

4-28-13 I started working on this one again.

4-29-13 I have 45 rows done now.

5-20-13 I don’t know what’s wrong with me, it seems like for every 4 rows I do, I have to frog 2….not progressing very quickly. I’m on Row 59 now.

6-9-13 Just finished row 90. There’s 135 rows and a border. I’ve used 6 1/2 balls so far.

6-14-13 I’m on Row 101 now.

6-25-13 I’ve got 16 more rows, then I can start the border.

6-28-13 I finished the center portion and am now starting the 21 rows of border. I think the border is going to take a while!

7-13-13 I’m on row 10 of the border now, it’s moving along.

7-29-13 It’s finished!
