I used lovely bright Paintbox yarns simply DK to knit the stripes for this rainbow doll.

As I was using double knit (light worsted) yarn for the whole doll I used 3.25mm needles . I changed colours every four rows. I simply tied the ends together at each colour change and tucked them inside when I was sewing up so no nasty ends to weave in!

I changed needle size and used 4mm for the hood and ears.
