This pattern is not my design nor do I own the copyright to it. I found it by asking around in some of my Yahoo groups for a shawl pattern that was not just the same pattern over and over and received it in e-mail. To date I have not found the designer nor have I found a source for it.

I finished the crochet work last night but I was to tired to take photos, plus it was dark and I like natural light. Today I did take some photos of the project before blocking. Now to block this bad girl!

I am so frustrated with myself right now! I discovered last night while working on my shawl (6 rows from being finished with the main body) that I had made a really noticeable error that I did not catch at the time and ended up frogging 5 rows! I can not believe it got that far before I saw it! I have a real hard and fast rule when working this pattern to check my work often because errors in this one show up and frogging at the bottom if this pattern is a real chore. The rows feel like they are a mile long!

Just another reminder to you if you are making this shawl, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!

Only 9 rows to go!!! Of course, those rows are about a mile long each. LOL

I am back to work now and getting very close to finishing my shawl! I am not going to post any more photos until it is done.

I have also added to my blog and the thread here on Ravelry about this project.

I’ve been down with a bad back problem for now. I am sure that in a day or two I will be back to the blog and project.
