Finished the knitting part, yay! I slightly messed up the lacr on the front, starting at 27 sts instead of 23 so 4 rows lower than I should’ve. Also somehow skipped a row ?! but it’s looking just fine. Now I just have to wash/block, seam the sides and install buttons.

Main takeaway here - I don’t like (and I’m definitely not good at) sewing knitted garments. My sewing game needs some serious work. One side is ok, the other one is definitely not great.

Anyways… My little girl is currently wearing 9 months, so I knitted the 12 and added a second pair of buttons higher in the straps so she could wear it now and grow into it. I went for purple buttons.
