16/11/20 now about to start on the sleeves. I am pleased with it so far.
22/11/20 Finished sweater. Very pleased with end result. Not so pleased with the amount of yarn I have left over. I have 8 full balls untouched. My tension was correct and the measurements are also correct so I can only assume that a mistake has been made on the pattern. An expensive error £42.57. In fact all I needed was 7A, 1B, 1C, 1D. The pattern says you need 18 balls in total.
Rowan have agreed with me that a mistake has been made regarding the amount of yarn is needed and care now going to issue an addendum. They have also allowed me to choose 10balls of wool of my choice as a goodwill gesture.
