The clover pompom maker is a gadget worth having! It efficiently makes uniform pompoms that barely need trimming.

I left long tails when tying off the pompoms, and used them to attach each pompom neatly to the back of the straw wreath. I left the plastic wrapper around the straw wreath to keep it from shedding.

Sure, making a pom pom isn’t knitting, but it’s pretty mindless fun with stash yarn. And I knit the scarf ;).

It’s now off to my mom. I love my wry little guy.
