I tried the cast on from YouTube tutorial at least 8 times. I couldn’t get the hang of it. So I opted for the long tail cast on.

I don’t care for folded bands on my beanies so I only knit 2” instead of the almost 4” the pattern calls for.

I absolutely LOVE this beanie. There are quite a few mistakes but they aren’t very visible so I’m not worried. This is my second ever cable beanie and first with this lighter weight of yarn.
