Wow! This was fun!
I’ve done a few cross-stitch Biscornu before and love them.
So when I saw this crochet version from Lena, I just had to make it. ♥♥♥

I’ve followed the pattern then added more rounds. I’ve got 20 rounds.

R3 - 2 + 1 = 3 sts
R4 - 3 + 2 = 5 sts
R5 - 4 + 3 = 7 sts
R6 - 5 + 4 = 9 sts
R7 - 6 + 5 = 11 sts
R8 - 7 + 6 = 13 sts
R9 - 8 + 7 = 15 sts
R10 - 9 + 8 = 17 sts
R11 - 10 + 9 = 19 sts
R12 - 11 + 10 = 21 sts
R13 - 12 + 11 = 23 sts
R14 - 13 + 12 = 25 sts
R15 - 14 + 13 = 27 sts
R16 - 15 + 14 = 29 sts
R17 - 16 + 15 = 31 sts
R18 - 17 + 16 = 33 sts
R19 - 18 + 17 = 35 sts
R20 - 19 + 18 = 37 sts

Instead of joining with sc as stated, I’ve used Lena’s join-as-you-go for R20.

Potterwatch - Something to welcome a baby. Post 1898

This cushion is very colourful and soft. Babies love colours. Because of the unique shape it can be used as a baby’s first Bean-Bag.

I remember when I tried to bottle-fed one of my boy I could never found a good pillow to lie the baby on. I wished I had this cushion because I’m sure he’ll sit nicely in this one and enjoyed his bottle better.

Once baby is grown this cushion will also be a great chair booster.
So this Biscornu Cushion is a family heirloom ^_^
