Working between instead of in the stitches for rnd 2 and 3.

Making FPsc around the puffstitches for rnd 4 (i.e. sc in the ch-sp, FPsc around the puff, 2 sc in the next ch-sp, FPsc around the puff around).

Replacing the hdc for a small puff in rnd 7.
