Three other mini-scraps gone. I think it’s all pure wool.

I was paying attention to quantities and not to matching colors. I don’t like lilac and red together and probably would never dress Barbie like this, but top and skirt came from the same pattern so I grouped them in the same project page.

I made the top two or three rows longer just because I had a little gray left.

I was short on red yarn and made the skirt a bit shorter, but then I found an old crochet bracelet made with the same red yarn and a blue one. I ripped it out, to have just enough yarn to complete the skirt.

I made all 6 cm of stockinette stitch with 2.5 mm needles, because my Barbie has broad hips and I didn’t want the skirt to be narrower right there. I switched to 2.0 mm needles only for the ribbed waistband.

Altri tre avanzini andati. Credo che sia tutta pura lana.

Ho badato solo alle quantità e non ad abbinare i colori. Non mi piacciono il lilla ed il rosso insieme e probabilmente non vestirò mai Barbie così, ma top e gonna vengono dallo stesso pattern per cui li ho messi nella stessa pagina progetto.

Ho fatto il top due o tre ferri più lungo tanto perché mi restava un pezzetto di grigio.

Ero a corto di lana rossa e ho fatto la gonna un po’ più corta, poi ho trovato un vecchio braccialetto all’uncinetto fatto con la stessa lana rossa e una blu. L’ho disfatto, per ricavarne giusto la lana che mi serviva per finire la gonna.

Ho fatto tutti i 6 cm a maglia rasata con i ferri del 2½ perché la mia Barbie ha i fianchi larghi e non volevo stringere la gonna proprio lì. Sono passata ai ferri del 2 solo per la cintura a coste.
