Started this for the 10 Shawls 2010 group here on the Rave. I’m thinking that I’ll do the top portion in “Oh Honey Pleeze” colorway and then use a matching dapple solid for the lace on the bottom. Using “Honeysuckle” for the bottom. Used a US 3 for the stockinette then switched to a US 4 for the lace section.

This has been sitting for months. I’ll get back to it one day.

Ishbel is done! 8/20/10 only months after I started it. Oh well, that’s how I roll.

Just finished the bind off. Yay! I purled back one more row so I could do the bind off on the right side. I prefer to bind off on the right side. I used the Elastic Cast Off pg. 53 from Evelyn Clark’s book Knitting Triangles. I love that bind off. Sure feels good to get something off the needles.
1.2 0z. left of the Honeysuckle and 2.3 oz. left of the Oh Honey Pleeze. Still need to block.

Ok months later it’s blocked. I’ve got to get better at
blocking soon after it’s done. Discipline :)
