Pre-wash gauge: 4sts per inch, 6 rows per inch - 6.00mm needles - fabric is too loose

Seamless version = 94 sts for cast on edge for 18” length skirt assuming 4sts per inch

Pre-wash gauge #2: 5sts per inch 5.00mm needles
22.191917”=110sts to cast on - better fabric density. Will stick with the 5.00mm

10/3/13 - just finished blocking. Have to sew in the elastic and slip. went with a 4inch waistband - will be 2 inches folded over.

4” of ribbing for the waist. Folded over with 2” elastic in the middle = 2inch elastic waistband. Also sewed a slip into the waistband to line the skirt.

A beautiful finished object.
