So far, I’ve changed the cast on to a provisional cast on since you have to come back and pick up stitches on that end to make the head. Seemed pretty weird to write the pattern that way. I’ve done the lower body in one go all the way to the tail where I switched to the white yarn to knit the tail.

Picked this back up and finished the body by putting my provisional cast on back onto the needles to make the head. Had to K2tog 8 times on the 1st and 3rd needles to create 8 stitches on those needles and then just followed the pattern.
