The chart in my copy of the pattern is incorrect. It is reverse of what the written cable instructions indicate. Brought up to Lisa @ Sifu and she contacted them. Response below:

Yes, chart starts on the WS not the RS like it states above the chart. If they want to follow the chart, disregard the sentence above it and work it like a normal chart. Also, the written instructions are all correct so they could follow those and be okay.
