Did four gauge swatches. Had to go all the way down to US 2.5 . Hoping to have this done by the time weather is nice again.

2/11/12 - Instructions definitely not clearly written when it comes to working things at same time.

2/18/12 - Boy, I wonder if the yarn I chose was discontinued for a reason. Lots of schmucky debris in it.

3/3/12 - FINISHED! It spent all day yesterday on my blocking boards and drying. I had really completed the knitting last week, but I didn’t get around to finishing the crocheted seams until late this week. The crochet seams that weren’t in the centers of the garment were the most fussy part of the project. But that’s the type of stuff that I usually ask someone else to do anyway because it drives me bonkers on any project -ha. It looks really good! Now, to wait for warm weather. The yarn I used went a long way. I totally overbought. I think I only used 8 skeins.
