This yarn is not sport by any stretch of the imagination.

This meant I had to move off my standard gauge machine to my mid-gauge, which doesn’t have a punch card. Of course, I made a punch card for it!

I’m doing this with slip-stitch colorwork. This requires you to work each row twice, manually moving the needles for each color.

Obviously you’d want to do this pattern without floats. But because of my yarn problem, I decided it would be a good idea to learn slip stitch color regardless .
