July 6, 2014: Quite a fun knit. I actually like the wrong side of the lace panel better than the right side. I would definitely have turned it around if doing it again.

I did a medium hip and a small bust and only lengthened by about 10 rows and still did not have enough yarn left of the recommended 2 skeins to finish the sleeves. So be aware that this yarn amount runs very close for medium and may not be enough!

I am deciding between gray and pink to make the sleeves now, with a teal garter border + 1/2 repeat of the stitch pattern.

Looking for a simple knit for summer and I like this fluffy top. HOWEVER, mohair isn’t really very comfortable to knit when hot. So, this one is going to be reserved for my Rowan Ambassador retreat at the Mill June 24-27, it’s cold in Yorkshire!
