I designed this Purly Paw Print Blanket for my furry friends at Battersea Dogs Home.

I didn’t knit the sample (that was my lovely pals Frances Lee and Emmy Harrup and Frances’ mum) but I figure as it’s mostly my yarn and all my design that I can put it here as a joint project.

I am really thrilled to have been able to design something for the homeless hounds. I love donating stuff to Battersea. They’re such a nice charity. Totally worth the time I put in. Such a lovely place.

I also got to hand the blanket over to Marcel the dog (pictured). He was much more interested in the treats his foster parent had when I was there, than the blanket but later on he was snapped relaxing on it.
