I have begun a global project that is taking on a wonderful life of its own. My idea is to gather experiences from the knitting/crocheting community around the world and compile them into a book. We all have so much in common. It will be fun to read our sisters’ and brothers’ experiences. Once compiled and edited, I will produce it as an ebook and make it available to all as a free download.
Thanks to groups like Ravelry, and especially because of Ravelry in particular, we stitchers the world over have become a close, tight-knit group (pun proudly intended). I think I can safely speak for others when I say that we have developed real friendships with like-minded knitters, though we’ve never met or spoken in person. Please fill out the submission form, esp. include funny knitting stories, and submit them to me at CoeDeborah@aol.com
