I used a scrubbie yarn from Korea (no idea on the name, I neither read nor speak Korean, but the newer RedHeart scrubby yarns are based on this one).

The use of this yarn was a mistake in terms of being able to see the bobbled texture. While the bobbles are pretty much invisible, they are still very useful for scrubbing dishes.

If appearance is the main focus of this (let’s be real here, it is), then do not use the scrubby yarn. xD I am left with literally a purple, fluffy, somewhat sparkly, scrubby triangle with some green foliage of the same texture.
