I used the sleeves from the Knitted Convertible Cardigan because they are much smaller at the top than the sleeves in the original sweater. I had to make the sleeve openings smaller to fit as well.

I used the size 2 but added length. The original sleeves would have been way too much bulk for my petite 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. These are just right.
