Well written pattern for an easy to knit had. Stranded design is simple to do and has a large chart so you don’t have to squint!

The pattern would work well with aran weight yarn too.

I will definitely use this one again for my charity hat knitting.

Note: My hat measures 18” across the design area and above. I blame it on this yarn. Brava can vary in thickness.

The stranded design on this hat does not pull in but you need to keep floats nice and loose. I did some catching of floats but might try it without next time.

I did add about 1/2” to the height of the hat for good ear coverage.
