This is the second time knitting this pattern. The instructions are easy to follow and it results in a nice unisex hat with a professional finish. I love the dense fabric the fine gauge gives.

I made the band a little wider as given in the instructions and knitted for 43cm straight before joining it in the round. Picked up 128 stitches for the crown and increased to 136 stitches the next round.

Sadly he lost the hat on our way back from Amsterdam. Might knit a new one using the left overs off the cowl.
