Notes

Using my 2012 summer Olympic set for this shawl.

This is a essentially a triangle shaped shawl, knit on the bias. (Her description is misleading.) Interesting technique now that I have my head around it! :-)

Mods

  • Slipping the first stitch purlwise and knitting the last. (More natural for me.)

  • Also, I have been using a marker to keep track of my stitches, moving it 1 stitch to the left every odd # row to save me some counting. When I have enough stitches on the needles I move the marker to the left 11 stitches keeping the marker on the 30, 40, 50… stitch point. :-)

I used just over 1/2 of my yarn.
