I had this yarn for since 2006 and kept forgetting I had it and was not as skilled, well actually I had the skill just the not the same confidence to do much other outside what I was already doing, small items. However, I was not looking at the time either. I really just forgot about it. I was already working on something when I got and I was taking college course with two small children in the home and just did not want to squeeze in another knitting project into an already busy schedule. However, I eventually did not want it to just sit and go to waste so after remembering…again that I had it. I wanted to see what I could make with it. Did some research and found the “One Row Lace” pattern. I probably should have used a larger set of knitting needles but it still came out fairly nice but the yarn has worn down a tad bit. The drape is beautiful. I wish I had more of it to make a garment with it. It is a nice and simple pattern. I am a visual learner and get confused easily from written patterns but this one is not hard at all for any beginner or challenged knitter to follow and learn. I am so very glad I found it and appreciative of the Turvid sharing it. Thank you very much Turvid. :)
