I’m not sure if I have enough yarn.
Maybe I will have to shorten the sleeves or order more yarn…

Why is this pattern called “jacket with raglan sleeve”? There is no raglan shaping at all.

This sweater needs some severe blocking, I guess.
right now it’s too small for me.

Modifications:

• I started with a M-size
• more decreases in the lower body part
• ended with a S-size yoke
• inserted short rows (3 times) for a higher
  neckline
• added a knitted on buttonband, knit in the round with mitered corners
• added five rows before starting yoke pattern
• had to shorten lace pattern because of that.
• my gauge is slightly off, so this sweater will be a fitted one, due to yarn shortage…For a more casual look I would have to knit a L/M-size cardigan.

I don’t have to worry, I have enough yarn!

Sweater is blocked and fits perfectly!

11/2011:
Inexpensive, good yarn. Very little signs of wear, although this is one of my staples. It holds its shape very well. I’ll definitively use this yarn again.
