Used the small circular for the first 1.5 pattern repeats of the colorwork, but as there were so many stitches crowded on the needles, the fabric looked a bit puckered as the floats were not long enough.

So I switched to the long circular doing magic loop and this seems to do the trick. I will continue with the self-striping and doing blender socks for the foot. Will do 10 plain rows before starting the heel turn.

Finished gusset decreases and started blending in the new color

Finished first sock, washed it and put it on the blocker, hope that the puckering will go away.

September 14, 2024

Finished second sock, now just blocking and weaving in the ends.
