Well, I ALWAYS wanted to try this. And those sunglasses-required-pink skeins were on sale in Karstadt - just 1 Euro each, so I had to try, right? Will stick to the pattern, though I use smaller needles - looks huuuuge so far… Have to finish until the Rosendienstagsparty in the office…
Ran out of yarn in the last round - so I should not have casted on more stitches than recommended. Though I used a thinner needle and yarn, and I have a big head (58cm), the wig still fits and if I would not have casted on the 8 more stitches in the beginning, 1 ball would probably have been enough. Did 6.5 inches for the straight section, rest as given in pattern.
