At Vogue knitting live I fell ABSOLUTELY in love with a Caplet project they had there but it was over $400!!!!! So, I went on a hunt for another pattern and a got a major deal on DROPS yarn at VKL and started it up! So far it’s been working up AMAZINGLY quick! Love it!

So far almost done with the first full wave pattern! I love how its turning out already! Such a pretty design, although I will admit, I never thought I would have to count so many stitches so many times in my life… but it has been worth it…

Knitted this up in record time (For me!) and it fits my mom beautifully and even better… she LOVES it!! She’s wearing it all the time already when she goes in for treatment and when she just goes out… As for the yarn, it proved to be perfect… the gauge worked out okay and it blocked and held the stitch detail beautifully even with my newbie changes in tension… But even better, it’s wonderfully soft and so warm!!
